Sara is a good friend. We’ve known each other for several years.
She’s a New Yorker. At one time, she owned an emblematic shop, “Pastec,” where she sold Mia Zia right after I launched the brand. She also carried accessories from Luisa Cevese, Miller et Bertaux, Isabelle Baines, and all sorts of other unique collections she picked up, in her travels through both Europe and the United States.
Her space in Soho was the home of an eclectic and personal mixture.
Gradually, Soho was invaded by luxury brands, and Sara decided to chart a new course for herself… Today, she devotes all her time to photography, her first vocation, in which she was trained.
Her latest project is called “Buona Notte.” Every evening, before going to bed, she e-mails a photograph to the people who like her work.
Plans for shows and publication are currently underway.

Sara est une amie, nous nous connaissons depuis de nombreuses années.
Elle vit à New York et avait ouvert une boutique emblématique, “Pastec”, où elle vendait Mia Zia à l’époque où j’ai lancé la marque, ainsi que des marques comme Luisa Cevese, Miller et Bertaux, Isabelle Baines et plein d’autres choses insolites qu’elle chinait tant en Europe qu’aux Etats Unis.
Un mélange éclectique et personnel qui cohabitait dans son espace à Soho.
Petit à petit le quartier de Soho s’est fait envahir par les marques de luxe et Sara a préféré changer de route … Et se consacre aujourd’hui entièrement à la photographie, sa première vocation et formation.
Son projet actuel ‘Buona Notte”, une photo par jour qu’elle envoie tous les soirs par mail, avant d’aller se coucher, aux amateurs de son travail.
Des projets de livres et d’expositions sont en cours.
